1. Guest Cancellation Terms & Timeline
Cancellations officially submitted through our refund portal are subject to the following timeline matrix:
- More than 14 days before departure: 75% refund of total package price (25% deducted for administrative fees & fleet slot deposits).
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund of total package price.
- Less than 7 days before departure: Non-refundable as all accommodations, national park permits, and boat logistics have been fully paid.
2. Refund Processing Procedure
Refunds are processed directly to the origin bank account of the booker within 3 to 7 business days (MondayโFriday) following verification and approval by the Finance team of PT. DMB SATRIA INDONESIA.
